Machining

Machining precision,
end to end.

Every stage of your part is exacting, backed with a comprehensive inspection routine. From critical single-piece R&D to batch production, we deliver components built to the most demanding aerospace and defence specifications.

Four disciplines under one roof and one standard carried through each: the drawing is the contract, and every micron on it matters.

CNC
Turning

Turned and milled rotational components produced with programmatic repeatability across long production runs. Live-tooling and sub-spindle configurations allow intricate geometry to be completed in a single set-up, preserving concentricity and eliminating secondary operations.

  • Shafts & drive components
  • Bushings, bearings, collars
  • Fittings & flow-critical parts
  • High-volume production runs

multi-axis
Machining

Vertical machining centres enable complex prismatic and near-net-shape components to be completed in a single setup, reducing fixture count and compounding tolerance stack-up. Well suited to structural brackets, housings, and geometry only a simultaneous toolpath can reach.

  • Structural brackets & housings
  • Impellers & sculpted surfaces
  • Near-net-shape aerospace parts
  • Single-setup complex geometry

Wire
EDM

Non-contact erosion of hardened and exotic alloys the right answer for geometry that can't be produced by conventional milling. We use wire EDM for dies, punches, fixtures, and the fine intersecting features that define tooling quality on the machines downstream.

  • Dies, punches & tooling
  • Hardened alloy profiles
  • Sharp internal corners
  • Thin-wall aerospace parts

Conventional
Machining

Surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, honing, and manual milling executed by time-served craftspeople. Still the right tool for a surprising number of jobs: fixtures, tooling, rework, and components where full CNC is unnecessary overhead.

  • Surface & cylindrical grinding
  • Fixture & tooling manufacture
  • Honing & finishing operations
  • Prototype one-offs & rework

Rigorous in-process and final dimensional inspection runs alongside every production job. Every part is documented, every process auditable because aerospace supply chains don't forgive approximations.
